Gormley holds up building of incinerator by relying on his ability to delay granting a foreshore licence?
He says it's Green Party policy, not a local issue.

All local TDs are against incinerator.

EPA - has given permission to build incinerator.
Local residents object to incinerator.
Residents say trucks that would come into the area would be unacceptable.
They say land earmarked for the incinerator will be needed for sewage treatment plant, which is at capacity already (current facility).
